The flying shearing line is driven by a servo motor, with high cutting precision, double-station stacking, efficient and fast, using a six-fold multi-roller leveling machine, the sheet is flat and without scars, the cutting thickness is 0.2~3.0mm, and the cutting width is 20 ~2200mm, cutting length 50~8000mm.

The leveling line is used to uncoil, level, cut and cut metal coils into flat sheets of required length and stack them. It has high degree of automation, high precision of fixed length, high flatness of sheets, and neat stacking. The slitting thickness is 0.1~8.0mm, the slitting width is 20~2200mm, and the slitting length is 50~8000mm.

The company has 2 sets of 3050mm precision CNC shearing machines, 2 sets of 1350mm shearing machines, shear thickness during 0.1mm~6.0mm, can shear precision as +0/-0.1mm finished plate.
